I moved to an apartment few months back, the rent is pretty expensive for the area. The apartment is infested with mice and also I am in top floor, they have some wierd exhaust in the roof, that makes very loud noise when wind blows. It is very annoying. Management say they cant fix it, they tried exterminating the building several times but it is not helping. Is there any way I can break my lease, I need to get out .

Anybody has ever been in such situation. Plz Help
