Believe me DJ, I've seen it. I've listened to countless rap albums ranging from Public Enemy all the way to Lil Wayne and with hip-hop, there's a background attached with the rapper. In the Nepali context, rap finds itself nowhere. If its done well, I can live with that, but most "rappers" do it out of sheer delusion. Plus, all hiphop does is intice violence, misogynism. Look at black people here, they listen to rap's destructive messages and more than half of them go down a road marked by teen pregnancies, academic doom, violence, drugs, HIV and what not. Nepalis should learn and take heed. Listening to it is ok, but Living it? No way. Nepali hiphop is the worst music genre people have ever known. Haven't you noticed that there are no hit nepali rap songs except for a couple by Nepsydaz?
