You don't apply on-line. Go to canadian immigration web site  (where you calculated the point i.e 69 mentioned above) and skilled workers and print out the form. It will ask you tons of questions about you and your family members and will also require the passport size photo for those (family members) who will be migrating  to canada with you. Its a straight forward process and do  it on your own . No need to waste your hard earned money to lawyers (no offense to Santosh the great sajah lawyer hehehehe).
