You have not described properly your case here.
1. Had you have drinks before that particular driving episode?
2. Which picture he is talking about? Does he have even a photo of your holding a beer? Or is it that when you had a car hit, you were holding beer can and driving? Not clear , man.. write properly.
3. If the cop was not called in at the time of accident, how the hell he can prove that you were drunk and driving? Bloody hell, don't tell me he will bring a police and test youur BAC now.. after three months..ha ha.
4. He is quite stupid. A quick check with his insurance company will reveal if he did make a claim and if his claim was disallowed. On what basis it was disallowed? and so on. Now since he could not get coverage from his own insurance, he is trying extortion method to cough off some money from you... ha ha.. that's a hell lotta reason for him to get in trouble now.. ha ha..
5. Don't fuq-ing be afraid of his harrassment. Tell him that you are already consulting a lawyer to file a harrassment case against him - for $500,000. That should scare him his brain out. To settle the matter he may even let you sleep with his woman.
