Hey all, I need a suggestion.

About 2 months ago, a person hit my vehicle with his own and then he claimed the insurance but was denied. Now he is telling me that he is going to the cops and convict me of drunk driving and claim for the damage charges against me. We were together for 3 hours in the party and now he says that he will convict me by showing the cops with a foto of mine holding a beer. At the time, no cops were called. Can the conviction be possible now. Also now the guy is really harrasing me. He's been a pain in my butt. Can i instead sue him or convict him for harrassment ?
