I know this guy who did not tell me his full story but I'm wondering how come it is possible or he is lying. he graduated in march of 2008(masters). Filled h1 through Desi company in April 2008. Got job in American company in may2008 which did not offer H1B but accepted H1B xfer. All the papers of H1B does not come till October as per my knowledge. he claims he bought h1b from desi consultancy for $3000 and xfer the h1b to american company with in 6 mths. Is it possible. Doesn't he need to show paystub to govt before changing his h1 to another company atleast 6 to 12 mths. If this is possible I might copy his formula?
