i have the same condition, i need to know about the pathways of filing ASYLUM....
hey i am confused like is it possible to file asylum within the entry of 18 mnths?
and one more thing, i heard like if the case is disapproved then they will deport back to the origin country. How about if some one has F1 status. will they returned back to same status or will be deported?
