May be the document is missing, but instead of rejecting they could have postponed or put query. Some bull shit is going with the people issuing visa at the Embassy(or did he forget to slide $500 under the table ? who knows economy is down in US
).
Anyways my point is , this is not the first time they are rejecting prominent figures from nepal, couple years ago i heard they rejected one of the prominent professors from TU and after couple days, the ambassador said it is a mistake on the part of counselor and they are willing to provide the visa if the candidate applied again.
Guess what he never did after all he was heading for the convention and it is of no use for him after that point.
That is the sad part to be a third class citizen.
