Then government failed to deliver it election promises.same time no one else (single party) were ready to lead the role coz they were fearful..and warned by there boss "INDIA" ..and he appointed someone as a PM but he didnt' lead the government own his own as pravez..fiji military .and he passed the mandate to call for the election.and during that time country was on civil war with terror group maoist ,If not army this time. maoist will take over by coup..they trying to put hand on to NA once they succeed it'l turn into North korea or cuba..it'l b worst..atleast Army lead coup falls quickly n come back to nepalese people as in thailand/pakistan..n fiji in process now..coz they want to show they did it coz they had to at the time..but look @ north korea/cuba..never  changes despite how many people dies..

As RJP Surya bahadur thapa been saying for a while and the article by Devprakash Tripathi was on thread earlier....I welcome NA coupe then Rebel terrorist group taking over the country....and what a whole game Maoist n Parchande teams are upto..they already trained barshaman pun to be head of army..despite he didn't meet the requirement to be trained..If people n some parties don't get vigilant enough country will be in hand of some murder,dictator and right to elect PM n al will be gone infront of our eyes....WATCHH OUT
