2 hardworking people, my friend and me, need a roommate to share the apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Everything you need is very close, in walking distance, laundry, shopping anything, train station (63 Dr Rego Park R,V,G trains, 4 stops from Roosevelt Av) Very clean Apartment, and very clean roommates, free internet access. Only shortcoming is no cooking allowed, but you can use the refrigerator and microwave. Must see to appreciate the apartment and the room you will get, it's a very nice apartment.          

Everything included for $350. Only additional costs might be a few dollars for sharing garbage bags, handwashing soaps etc etc.

Whoever wants to stay must be clean, friendly and working.
