kudos to new enterpreneurs,
btw, one do not have to be an insider to figure out basically
a. by reading news and press release other news
b. IEEE access to publications
to find out what they have been using
and btw,
c. does it do anything more than using api of Yahoo! BOSS and directing traffic to Yahoo! search to get the result?
for most user it may appear a lot different when they search from sagoon.com because they have been used to or have been using google.com (google search ever since)
but anyone using search.yahoo.com should be able to pin-point the similarities in output of search.
