Someone wrote the writer must be high while writing the article. Actually you are right. The writer is big time hash smuggler of '70 and '80 now lives in Colorado and consumes medical marijuana. Obviously, he is high all the time bcoz there is no limit to medical marijuana. to beleive him or not its up to you. though he don't have any strong evidence anything he wrote.
