I think government is responsible to figure out how many were killed by armies and maoists. Now since maoists r in government its not a big deal, but it should be fair enough so that they dont blame armies for everythg. Then we can judge out how good or bad they r. May be there are some good maoists but there are more bad than goods and their so called affiliated organizations like YCL is masking them. We still need to wait and see what and how they are going to change Nepal. But,in meantime they need to control the activities of YCL or should initiate to control all the violent activities.
