I think we should appreciate what Baburam has been doing/trying to do for the country. By the way, this piece was copy-pasted from 'Nepal' Weekly of Kantipur Publications. Last time I checked Kantipur Publications was not the mouthpiece of the Maoists. And the number of people killed during the so-called People's War was not 15K. It is estimated to be around 13K. That too most of them were killed by the police and the army. It is true that the Maoists launched the insurgency, but the government forces killed more people than the Maoists. It is not to say that the Maoists did a good job. However, it looks like every thing they do look yellow to your 'jaundiced' eyes. I don't think that is fair.
