I am looking for a strong IT Project Management Consultant. 

Has to be very articulate - communication skills should be 10/10.  Be able to lead in matrix environment.  Be very organized.  In non-consulting world, you would be at Director level. 

If you have PMP certification, that's great.  If you have experience implementing Oracle Identity Manager, that's even greater.

It is a contract position.  Pays very well (for obvious reasons, I am not going to discuss $$$ here).  It is at Cherry Hill, NJ.  You will be working for a very well known multi-national company.
