There are always going to be people, on the other end. If we know our origins, and the origins of those who we follow, what difference does it really make? Does it automatically make us a country, with outspread wisdom? What knowledge have we gained from him? This has been an ongoing debate, and from what I've seen, it's been gaining momentum over the past few months/years. As a country, we should defend him - his birthplace. Many people I've seen, take it rather personally more so than, other reasons.
