I know it had happened..due to favoritism n nepotism but bringing this issue on the basis of ethnicity and religion would not solve all the problems..I've been to many villages of Nepal n seen many non-janajatis are dis advantaged as well.they are living in terrible condition.they have no connection or power to reach to top either..people in past n in current situation gain benefits n power on the basis of people they relate to bribe n people favoritism n connection..but having a quota systems would brings non-skilled person over skilled person could be wrong person for the wrong position.skilled and talent people will miss out that opportunity over non skilled due to the restriction of quotas..and it would create a same situation within non-janajati who are disadvantaged too.
Select the person on the basis of knowledge..skills ..right person for the right role..Merit based system is the best things that' works n been working on developed nation we should be advocating for that n say NO to favoritism n connection.create fair system that works on interest of NEPAL NEPALESE and People from both janjatis n non janajatis.In true we shouldn't' be advocating for either of them we should be advocating for the fair n pure system that works for our country n our country people Nepalese..Y even start dividing people into two different category we are one and we are nepalese bottom line,if any one feel disadvantaged that mean system is not working change the system that works , strict law for culprits..very open n fair system of selection process. govt should work for Nepalese..
shifting the problems not going to solve the problems..
Its better encourage janajatis or non janajatis to work together as one Nepalese n create a harmoney among each other..support n build the nation on unity rather then dividing it. support the fair system..
