Chegg.com is awesome. I rented the book, and there was a deadline to return the book. Although I sent the book past the deadline, they didn't charge me any extra fee.
They do books buyback too. I sold couple of my books and I got the pay check from them after couple of weeks.
Highly recommended! if you don't want to spend money on buying books.
