How much space are you looking for? If 7 gigs should be fine, open a new gmail account and you can get programs online (google it :p hehe ) to 'convert your gmail to hard drive'.

The best way would be if u owned a desktop with always on internet connection. just add ure files there and u can ssh from anywhere in the world.
