We should rather provide benefits to the children from these groups not to the one who is already graduate. ...., Just Think, If We want a tree we should first take care of it while it's in young seedling stage- I mean we provide better schooling for their children... .....after graduation they have to compete coz they are prepared ....I feel shame for those who still enjoy the job/education quotas even after they are graduated(especially bachelor's degree).....
