Your mother's sister certainly can get you 5 points under the Adaptability category. That should work great.
In order to establish relationship.. be prepared with the birth certificates of yourself (your mom's name should be indicated), your mom and her sister (their both certificates certainly bear thier Dad's name), that way the relationshihp can be established. One more piece of docuemnt of your aunt might be needed, that is her marriage certificate.. because due to marriage her surname might have changed by now... so her marriage certificate will prove that change had occurred after marriage.
