Usually, I have known some guys who have worked in UN (in Nepal) have migrated easily with their job status. And, it was easy for authority to believe such job.
But, I wonder in your case. I don't know how these authority evaluates if some one has done job in private company, probably they will see the tax you paid to government or something like that.
