You do not need any stamping if you have a Valid Visa . You can get I20 from Any colleges-University as per my knowledge. My personal advice its better to visit Nepal right now rather than once the visa is expired because visa renewal can be denied for multiple reason one being u already finished u'r college.

Also better try graduate school rather than Community college
