As long as the income of Pashupatinath Temple is tranparent and is used for the people of Nepal (especially for elderly and handicap), whether the pujari is from India or Nepal does not matter to us. However, I think those Bhatta pujari are not sole responsible; Nepali politicians and near and dear ones of gone monarchy were also responsible for the brahmaloot in the past; they never paid enough attention about regulating the income of the temple; they did not have bylaws about pujari appointment.
