The grim realty is pretty obvious but you made it even crystal clear that situations back home are not what we would except it to be. This should give us even more incentive to do something. But enough with the chit chat.
We have "now" enough people to go do something about this issue. THROUGH THIS THREAD I HAD MET A GUY, WHO IS MORE WILLING THAN US TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ISSUES -- SO ITS NOT THE DESIRE THE ISSUE.

Now, we need to plan how we are going to do this. How to execute it but efficiently. I hope krish you got my email replying to your work that you have been doing. If you have than those are mine initial plans. Please put up in word, edit it, kill it, mess with it, do anything and email me back. OR cross all out and bring out some new plans.
