I am going to sublease my room located close to Rosslyn and Court house metro in arlington,va. Lease will be month to month. It is 2 bedroom apt. My roommate has his brother staying in the living room. But you will get one room and have to share kitchen and bathroom. rent will be $550 + tv and internet ($25/month).
