One of My friend graduated in Dec 2008..He applied for OPT card and received the OPT
card but the start date and the end date was incorrect.Start date was
Jan 05,2008 and end date was Jan 04 2009.His start date on I-20 is Jan
05 2009 and end date is jan 04 2010..He has a job in hand and don't know
what to do.called USCIS and they told him to submit I765 form and his
orginal OPT card .My question is can he work legally from jan 05 2009 as
stated in his I20? Note that OPT was approved but with wrong date? Help
needed desperately..
