I am not supporter of Maoist or Prachanda, however, I think this is definitely a positive step towards the change. Most of the ministers and others sitting at high governmental posts waste most of their time at so called inauguration, functions, conventions and bark all day about what they are going to do. And nothing happens. Instead, of attending such worthless programs 5 times a week and wasting 25-30 hours/week, they could be doing something serious to benefit the Nepali and Nepal.
Ved555 seems like he has been screwed personally by Maoist so he is crying out lout. Because of people like this mentality, we have endless  chakka jams and bandhs.
