1. The first thing is the insurance that u purchased from enterprise should cover everything. If they are telling it won't , read terms and conditions which should be printed on the back page of the agreement paper with the enterprise. If terms and condition says u can't take the car out of state without informing them or paying extra charges then u might wanna go talk to a professional lawyer and see if there is anything u can legally force that insurance company pay for it!!

2. Eventhough if that insurance does not covers it, ur car insurance should cover it. ITS A LAW. If u get into wreck on rental car then ur regular car insurance should cover it. If u have full coverage with it, they will cover full and if u have only liability then they will cover only liablity.

3. The credit card that u used while renting that car should have auto rental policy on it. Most of the credit card has those policy. Call ur credit card and find out if that card had rental policy on it. If it has, just send the bill to them, do some paper works. They will take care of the bill. But they might have a max limit, lets say 40,000. If the damage is more than 40,000 u will have to pay the difference.

4. If those 3 ways does not work, there is one more way u can get away with that bill .Try all those tricks and update us whats going on?

Was anybody injured in that accident??
