Dear Dhatterika,

I talked with enterprise this morning but they are telling me that I violated the contract by going out of state and the insurance won't cover anything. I even told them that their employee did not ask me if I was going out of state or not but they blamed me that it was my responsibility to inform them. I am so confused right now and even don't have a ride back home. I asked for another car but they are telling me it is not possible and they need to investigate about the incident before getting me another car. I asked them if I could talk to the employee who rented me the car and they replied that she was on vacation. I don't know what should i do.please help me out.
