These are just a couple of things for North Korea that I cited from wiki. All of these are facts and have references in the wiki page.

I am sure you can find a lot of info about Cuba and other communist states regarding human rights, economic situation, religious and political freedom and others.

 In the 1990s North Korea faced significant economic disruptions, including a series of natural disasters, economic mismanagement, serious fertilizer shortages  The North Korean famine known as "Arduous March" resulted in the deaths of between 300,000 and 800,000 North Koreans per year during the three year famine, peaking in 1997, with 2.0 million total being "the highest possible estimate."[The deaths were most likely caused by famine-related illnesses such as pneumonia, tuberculosis, and diarrhea rather than starvation.

Free religious activities no longer exist in N Korea as the government sponsors religious groups only to create an illusion of religious freedom

North Koreans have been referred to as "some of the world's most brutalized people", due to the severe restrictions placed on their political and economic freedoms.[North Korean defectors have testified to the existence of prison and detention camps with an estimated 150,000 to 200,000 inmates (about 0.85% of the population), and have reported torture, starvation, rape, murder, medical experimentation, forced labour, and forced abortions.

 

Did u guys want Nepal to be turned into Cuba or North Korea or one of these because of Gyanendra ? I know Nepal is in a bad shape but it's not an absolute ruler like Gyanendra who can revive it. It's the people and the leaders elected by people who can do it. If the leaders you elected can't do that u got to elect new ones , better ones or make them follow the desire of Nepali citizens. It's not enough just to blame Girija, MK Nepal  or Prachanda or other leaders. leaders aren't working good means that people haven't been putting on enough pressure on them. We must compel them to do what is good for the nation,
