Has anyone been to Nepal recently (in last 2-3 months) for H1B stamping?

I just wanted to know what the real situation is in the US consulate in KTM.

I have heard about pretty bad experiences over there. Not issuing a Visa with out a valid reason and so forth..

If anyone working for an IT consulting firm has been to Nepal recently for H1 B stamping and would like to share her/his experiences it would really help me a lot.

Would appreciate you sharing your experiences.
