Good luck with that. It is almost like saying "Not to eat" to a Nepali person.
My 2 cents
Culturally we're one of the most selfish/irresponsible group of people. We are raised to think about family and loved one, nothing beyond, hence everything happens on the basis of favoritism and nepotism. As I'm getting older and realizing what things were taught to me and things that were missing, it is obvious that things like "social responsibility","patriotism","love your neighbor","do you part before whining" were all foreign concept to me. With the new generations emerging with better educations than what I had back then, I had the hope that they will learn these socio-political knowledege, about compassion, love and responsibility for their family and beyound(their neighbourhood, the city and the country) but sadly, it is getting reversed. At leaset I grew up in peace, now the youth are even more bitter and foul. The outcome is very dim.
We lacked one fundamental concept in our cultural evolution. Each and everybody's action makes a nation. I think it is OK for my father to be corrupt, but then I don't hesitate to point the finger to the politicians when they do. How can you expect them to change when they come from the same breed of the culture as yours? Hence we bitch and whine as if the government should change everything with a snap of the finger, while never accepting our own responsibility.
To make it short, change the way you live and view life and if everybody does that, things will come together by itself.
Trust me, someone will respond to this saying "Khuv vhaashan dincho yo moro.Baatho huna parcha hai. Randi ko choro, k hi kaam payenass"
I'll definelty look into those links like I've always beleived in doing.
