BCoffee,

Your article on the metrosexuals reminded me of what we had to study in our Evolutionary Psych class. Male birds who were given longer tail (by gluing additional tail feather) or who were adorned in some way or the other attracted more females. The explanation was that females are attracted to males with more qualities. Longer tail feather meant swift flight. These male birds were more attractive becuase there was a high chance of passing these genes to their offsprings. More adaptive/attractive characteristic means the offsprings would ALSO get more mates, hence the continuation of the species! Interesting stuff. I think the same theory can be derived for humans! (?)

"Women like to talk, bless them. So don't try to stop her getting her feelings off her chest, however daft they might be... Nor does she expect, or even want you to express an opinion of your own." -- HOW TRUE! lol. An advice to men... !! :D
