Question to all sajha lawyers, can anyone with H1B holder earn from Google adsense (or similar affiliate program like adbrite/amazon etc.). The case could be like someone has a website and he/she has monetized their website with google adsense, now if that someone is working in US under H1B then is he/she allowed to earn through google adsense? My understanding is, its not allowed, it may hamper H1B extension/GC process. Have your say.
