This is not only about ethic or corruption. These are the kinds of people who is running our country who doesn't even know what's there in his fake medical receipt. now think about the future of our country. Seems like no matter who runs the country, its the same. Why don't maoist govenment punish severely even for these kinds of issues??? There should be strong law and order in the country....
