Protests in valley against YCL Kantipur Report KATHMANDU, Nov 19 - Transportation in the capital came to a grinding halt on Wednesday following the killing of two youths who were abducted by the cadres of Young Communist League (YCL) and later killed. Nirmal Pant and Pushkar Dangol were abducted a month ago and were found buried in Dhading district yesterday. The protestors vandalised the vehicles and office of YCL at Kalanki this morning.
