from the hints like "gungunaunu", "laughing out loud," etc, it seems that Sakshi is not worried about her current relationshio with Gaine, she might be happy with her decision of eloping with Gaine (is he tradional gaine or just a singer?). so reunion may not be possible even if her ex tries to meet her and convince her for that. so from the story so far read, the title can be "an encounter with a betrayer."  but in the case the story ends up with the reunion of Sakshi and her ex, it can be "reunion with a betrayer."
