If you sponsor her for the K-1 (filling out appropriate forms and submitting ]]><![CDATA[necessary documents), she will be stampped K-1 and can come here. Once she is here, she has up till]]><![CDATA[60 days to get married with you (a US citizen) and then you can file for her Green Card. The entire]]><![CDATA[process is simple and less time consuming.]]><![CDATA[If you go to Nepal, get married, and then sponsor her, it will take at least 10 months for her to ]]><![CDATA[come to the US--paperwork processing and all the formalities. I just had one of me frens bring his wife]]><![CDATA[here. It took him 10 months (the usual time period) to get his wife here. ]]><![CDATA[So, I would suggest to try to get her here on a K-1.
