I am in deep trouble.My h1b,filed by an indian company, started from last october.No job yet..not even an interview.....Now the company is saying it is gonna cancel h1b in 15 days or so,as job market is so bad and there is no way to keep my h1b and  employment open.They even deny to give me fake paychecks  to keep my h1b open.They have not provided me a copy of H1B too.I tried to negotiate saying that I would pay for that.Still they denied.They even said they could cancel without informing me.Can do they so?

Another thing which I think is totally a lie  is that  they say if they cancel H1B,my OPT will resume.Is that true?

I am also trying to go back to school for my ph.d.,however,it is not easy to convert h1b to F1,even if I would be accepted.

During my conversation with this dhoti,I stayed cool and tried to make my points...he seems not to listen.what would I do?
