Mrans, you will build muscles if you go to gym. do right exercise and eat protein if you want to build some muscles. but be careful, while doing exercise, you have to follow rules. dont do everything in a day.
biceps and back
triceps and chest
legs and calves
shoulders and forearms
abs and your weak portion
please note that your muscle need 48 hrs rest after you do exercise.
