Hello, my info:

1. My OPT expires 26 Jan 2009.

2. Engineering Degree.

3. Employed but company has no everification.

My questions:

1. Is E-verify mandatory for OPT extension? If so what else ways are there to extend?

2. Around two and half month left to be expired OPT, is it too late for the extension process?
