It is not always necessary to have formal education; it helps but sometimes you rise in your career through raw talent or hardwork. For example, Peter Jennings did not complete high school; but he made it extraordinarily big as a TV anchor. Mark Twain also did not have formal education; but he is the greatest novelist of the US. There are many examples, big and small.
Some of my friends had the misfortune to fail SLC; they were not without talent and energy. Sometimes our education fails to nurture the best and brightest; it happens rather too often.
I don't know Rishi Dhamala personally. He may even be a crook as some people make out. However, he seems to be full of verve and enthusiasm and intelligence. So don't grudge him if he seeks accomplished wife.
