Muncha House and Customer Service

All of we know the kind of customer service we get from the Nepali Company back home at Nepal. I do not put a blame to them but feel sorry for them as they do not really understand the customer loyalty. May be lack of knowledge on how to treat their valued customer and so forth. We can see the clear difference when we get customer service from the other countries companies. I am not specifying US companies only, just generalizing it.

I have recently send some money to Nepal by Muncha house for tihar 'kinmel' for the first time. After much technical verification over the phone (as they said its for the first time customers only), they said it will take 2 business days to deliver which means my family have to wait for another 2 days (not good for the immediate needy one). I have no complain about the delivery which they did but while sending the  money through their site, I have an option to send 'text message'. too which I wrote to my wife. Its more important to her, to me than the money I send. It express my feelings but Muncha did not even care about mentioning that message to her. I was socked. Is not that darn Nepali para of sending money...hurt badly I send am email to them but did not get any response so far. Thats Mucha guys !!!
