I heard some document from Labor Department from Nepal is required if one goes to Nepal for H1B Stamping. This is not required for the Embassy but I heard the immigration officials at the Airport ask for it when we return to US. What is this document and any idea what procedure to be followed? It should be some kind of Labor Authorization from Nepal's government. Please share your experience. Thank You.
