That was my educated guess and nothing more. Only future can tell if I am wrong.
And I am basing everything on the fact that Maoist has adopted “multi-party†and “periodic elections†in their doctrine and they have not said yet that they are back-tracking.
So, with “multi-party†and “periodic electionsâ€, how would “People’s republic†be different than “democratic republic†or something to be fearful of ?
As KP Oli rightly said, Maoist’s “People’s republic†is nothing but a “farceâ€.
