- A copy of your H-1B approval Notice
- Latest Three Pay stubs to evidence your bona fide employment
- 2007 Tax Return
- Documents evidencing your non immigrant status in the US in the past (e.g. I-120 etc)
- Marriage Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- A letter from your current employer verifying your employment with start dates
- Financial Documents (Bank Statements)
- Passports
- A copy of your passport, I-94 and Visa
