This is hallmark of us Nepalese people. Kan chamnu chaina kaag ko pachi dagurne. We just need or more correctly we r in tireless search of excuses to abuse each other and argue and so on and so forth.

Lets look beyond the cloud. A clear picture. Do I think the Bahun Public have anything against Newari culture in general ? No. Do I think Newar people in general have anything against Bahun culture, absolutely no. Do I think a caste A in general in Nepal can't live in peace with caste B in Nepal, absolutely times 1000 NO, A FIERCE NO. There might be exceptions, but well there are exceptions everywhere.

It's politics. It's govt policy which does not reflect the will of bahuns in general or whoever in general.

If my Newar brothers and sisters want to do a meaningful protest, protest against the govt..and that too in a way that encourages a consensus and result.

MIND U I AM NEITHER A BAHUN NOR NEWAR, BUT IT SADDENS ME TO SEE THIS MATTER GOING OUT OF HANDS WHERE WE AGAIN DRAW LINE OF DIVISION BETWEEN US NEPALESE WHICH IS THE LAST THING WE NEED. ONLY IF THE EDUCATED BUNCH COULD UNDERSTAND.

As long as we view these developments with a shallow vision, all we do is reduce our harmony day by day and increase the political life of politicians.
