Immigration OPT Question,

Hey friends I graduated this August 2008 and my OPT begins from September 2008.  I do not have a job right now and if I will not get a job within 90 days will I become out of status. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

What if I will enroll for PhD Program this Spring 2009?
