Well done Baburam Bhattrai. I never know that there was some separate budget  for those stupid culture called JATRA. I am so happy to hear that all the budget for NAUTANKI is cut off. If some community want to play a drama, build up own source. It is not good idea to use a Tax money form Karnali, or Tarai and spend for the KODOKO RAKSHI in so called jatra...... which has nothing do with culture.... NAUTAKI......... Some people could not distuingush the difference between drama and culture!!!!!! .
